The Goals of the Health Freedom Party
The purpose of the Health Freedom Party is to achieve a Healthy America. In this way we help to achieve a healthy world. We attain our goals by personal political power based upon knowledge and critical thought.
The greatest long range goal is the Medical Freedom Amendment to the United States Constitution to protect medical freedom of the Individual. This Amendment would bring completion to the Bill of Rights that Patrick Henry achieved and Benjamin Rush fought to include. This would be the Amendment that is urgently needed now and for the future.
The other goal is to pass within Congress and sign into Law by the President the use and adherence to the Precautionary Principle. This is of utmost importance because of the Technological Age in which we find the Individual. A local example is the Precautionary Principle of San Francisco, California. It is the only city and county in the USA with a Precautionary Principle. It is a Rule of Law that is not preemptive and it is not conditional. It stands as a bulwark of protection for the Health of the Individual and the Environment.
Industrial medicine is the body of the pharmaceutical industry. The government is politically and financially linked to the pharmaceutical industry orientation. The government passed laws to allow mass advertising by the pharmaceutical industry which was the only country in the world allowing it. It is now joined by New Zealand. As a result the Media is directed in their news selection and editorial content by the financial oversight of the pharmaceutical industry. This destroys clear, complete, and uncompromising news coverage. Medical freedom is not protected, health and medical information is restricted from any competing financial solutions, and the health of the nation suffers and is misled. We are now the sickest people in the world, the most unhealthy, and the highest medicated through a medical system that is bankrupting our nation.
The government's response to COVID-19 is contrary to informed consent, medical freedom, personal liberty, rights to privacy and amounts to treason. The governmental response is irrational and unscientific, allowing a nationwide trial of a host of unapproved pharmaceutical drugs without oversight upon all ages and conditions. The government did so without proper consent, without recourse of harm, and knowing the bad effects possible from the experiment. This alone is an act of treason committed by our own Government upon its citizens. The Government also acted as a co-conspirator providing incentives and abrogating the government's requirement of indemnification. Only a peaceful removal of these Representatives and their being brought to Court can force the government to be responsible to its electorate.
These grave errors require political change to protect society from such danger and heinous acts. By the government's actions we witness turbulent and irrational reactions against those not following the government's mandated policies. These policies institute a society divided by compliance and non-compliance by government mandates without legal basis. This is affecting the unity and peace of individual citizens throughout the country. This is a result of controlled media furthering the ends of the pharmaceutical industry's control of media, medical direction, and governmental response meanwhile creating division, tremendous wealth and increased financial and governmental power of the chemical/pharmaceutical international corporations.
Only by the direct exploitation of fear, interruption of normal daily activity, and exaggeration of harm has the Government through policy and manipulation of information by the media brought the protection of Individual freedom to its knees. The Government has done so by placing the health of the nation under the FDA's protection and guidance. Medicine as viewed by the FDA is completely involved with the singular solutions of the pharmaceutical industry. They have a revolving door between each other. The FDA views sickness as a medical issue solved by only the use of pharmaceutical drugs. The FDA guidelines are to promote that industry. It does not consider sickness the result of environmental pollutants, malnutrition or life style. Therefore, the government promotes pharmaceutical drugs as the answer to every illness without acknowledgement of better, safer, and cheaper alternatives. However, this was not the Government's intent when it passed DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994).
Nutritional science incorporates genetic, epigenetic, and biophysics advances in science which are ignored. Vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, enzymes, homeopathic medicine are successful solutions to many forms of illness. Nutritional science and other breakthrough sciences must have a new Department of Health Alternatives and Nutrition to promote and protect that science from the destructive forces of the pharmaceutical industry. The environment's destruction by electromagnetic radiation (EMR), heavy metal poisoning, chemical poisons such as PCBs, halogens and pharmaceuticals along with wrong agricultural practices are major causes of poor health, immune dysfunction and medical illness. Populations are declining and nature is suffering from the this onslaught of wrong management by government.

Our environment has never been more dangerous and its rapid decline is increasing exponentially and action must be taken to avoid a catastrophe. The future will see increasing dangerous levels of electromagnetic radiation forced upon everyone, especially with the new rulings on OTARD (Over the Air Reception Devices) and 5G satellites. The government no longer has an independent Government Agency to gather and present information. The government de-funded the Office of Technology Assessment (1972-1995) only to pass three months later the 1996 Telecommunications Act ignoring all warning from other Agencies. The FCC received vast powers to regulate and de-regulate all digital markets. The FCC re-wrote the regulatory landscape for wireless and wire-line communications. They ignore all biological studies that conclusively demonstrate harm from the over exposure to electromagnetic radiation from wireless systems. They instituted measurements based upon results from electrical engineers not those who measure biological system effects.
