Tghi We are faced with many political issues that have taken the wrong path. Facts and science prove the necessity to politically ensure the government's protection and accountability for Individual Rights of Informed Consent, Health Freedom, Medical Freedom, Freedom of Privacy, Freedom of Information and responsible Management of our government. This brings us into direct conflict with certain individual Corporate powers that presently direct and control our Government and its Agencies. These are political issues.
The Health Freedom Party shall endorse elected representatives and seek replacement for those who will not recognize these rights and necessities. It is necessary to unleash our Individual personal political power and the HealthFreedomParty.org presents steps in this process.
The purpose of our government as specified in the Preamble to the United States Constitution is to establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.
The Health Freedom Party membership is for everyone who agrees with the Nine Goals set out below. These Nine Goals are all important and require urgent action by our Representatives. However, a long list needs to start with a single objective. There is one that initiates, through its relevance, debate on a multitude of the others. That is Number 1. The importance of personal medical freedom is personal and represents the most immediate personal issue. Without it everyone is at risk for their life, since medical rights are the rights of one's health. Without health, all becomes forfeited. It is joined by number 9, equally important during these treacherous times.
It is to protect and promote informed consent. Medical informed consent is the very first point in the Nuremberg Code of 1947. It means that no agreement or permission can be given by a patient to anyone else to perform a medical procedure upon the person unless that person has first been given complete and accurate information about all possible effects of or results from the procedure or medicine.
One of the most important actions at this moment in history, is the passage of the proposed 28th amendment to the United States Constitution - The Medical Freedom Amendment. This action is initiated by your personal Political power to send this questionnaire to your Congressional Representative.
Here are the Nine Goals of the Health Freedom Party.
- To protect and promote medical freedom, medical choice and medical privacy of the Individual.
- To eliminate pharmaceutical advertising in the mass media.
- To remove money from political elections and fund elections through governmental funding by the electorate.
- To eliminate corporate control of agricultural policy and protect organic farming from chemical and genetically modified crops.
- To reduce electromagnetic radiation in the environment, and enact the Precautionary Principle to protect health, biological exposure and environment.
- To fund the reactivation of the Office of Technology Assessment to help Representatives comprehend benefits and risks of technological and environmental legislation.
- To create a separate Department of Health Alternatives and Nutrition with detailed plans.
- To eliminate and disarm biological weapons, chemical weapons, radiation weapons and nuclear weapons here and abroad.
- To protect and promote informed consent?
Our mass media is in our hands. It resides with telephone poles, stair wells, laundromats, farmers' Markets, printouts to neighbors, conversation, newspaper editorials, any media possible. Organizations we belong and at school meetings, anywhere one can speak freely without causing a riot, of course.
The following is an example of mismanagement of our health by government action.
The beginning of 2020 the COVID-19 Pandemic emerged. Immediately a state of emergency was declared. All governmental systems reacted in a singular planned response. Methodically, any deviation from government narratives were silenced and those opposing government actions were labelled as domestic terrorists and censoring began. Yet voices spoke out and a different narrative emerged and steadily grows providing a much different reality. Most important is that censorship of scientific information became the rule of the government.
Media drove fear and governmental lock downs drove public acceptance of an experimental vaccination program primed and promoted by multinational pharmaceutical industries that according to governmental records produced more deaths than all other vaccines of the past combined. It is a governmental operation without informed consent, without liability of the pharmaceutical manufacturers who experiment with the various formulations, and without governmental indemnification to enable protection of those harmed. Placing all costs and suffering upon us all. Those receiving the experimental shots to maintain their employment are based on government mandates that actually have no basis in law.
There is removal of informed consent, medical freedom, personal freedom, freedom of information, and our rights to privacy. The experimental gene therapy vaccination program is being required for work, play, travel and education. Government actions no longer secure our freedom, instead informed consent and our medical freedoms swept away. Information is censored and fines and prison terms authorized.
Truth contradicts and reveals many wrong actions committed by our elected Representatives. Political action is our greatest defense and the necessary means to take back control of our government. It is an individual task of many joining together. It is urgently required to regain and protect our medical freedom, our personal liberty and our rights to privacy. The HealthFreedomParty.org recognizes the many who fight for factual reporting, providing information and seeking public action. This all takes commitment, determination, and work. Support those organizations whenever you come across them.
There are many challenges endangering health freedom. They include agencies of the government, such as the FCC (Federal Communication Commission) which rejects the biological science of harm from electromagnetic radiation dangers of the wireless industry while maintaining a revolving door with the trade organization of the CTIA (Cellular Communications and Internet Association) that buries the truth. Meanwhile, the hidden harm mislead the Individual and muddy the waters of disease.
Another challenge is the revolving door between the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and the pharmaceutical industry which misleads the Individual. The FDA simultaneously blocks the nutraceutical industry's well established thorough medical research to treat, cure and prevent many diseases for the benefit of society. Nutraceuticals are not patented and available at low cost. Scientific research demonstrates established benefits for health and disease control, yet government regulations and financial control of the media by pharmaceutical advertising misleads the Individual.
USE your Individual personal political power to secure medical freedom rights, secure freedom of information, secure personal liberty, and secure our rights to privacy and informed consent. Make our government responsive by being responsive yourself. Power changes the course to one requiring unbiased information, accountability, and ethics. The health of the nation is at stake.
